    • 6 × 90-minute live group coaching sessions (fortnightly, Thurs 19:30, online) Giving you protected space to reflect deeply, challenge patterns, and create meaningful change, not just insight.
    • A small, confidential group of senior HR leaders, So you feel safe, heard, understood and reminded you’re not alone.
    • Reflection tools to apply and embed transformation between sessions, helping you apply what you learn in real life, so change embeds rather than fades when work gets busy.
    • An individual 1:1 coaching session focused entirely on your personal context, supporting your unique shift with clarity and care.

    WHY ME.........

    Because I’ve been where you are.

    I spent over twenty years in HR leadership, doing well on paper while quietly adapting, proving and carrying more than was sustainable. I was experienced, respected and capable and yet increasingly exhausted and unsure of myself. Eventually, I reached burnout.

    I resigned without a plan.

    I didn't know what I wanted to do next, but I knew it had to be something different.

    The work that followed wasn’t about changing who I am. It was about realigning how I work with who I am, and recognising that I am good enough. This led me to rebuilding confidence through self-trust, not performance, and redefining what success means at this stage of my life. Not once in the last four years have I thought 'I don't want to go to work today'.

    That process became the NooWay®.

    Today, I combine that lived experience with professional coach training and evidence-based tools to support senior HR professionals who want clarity, confidence and a way forward that actually holds up under pressure.
